Privacy

At A Life in Film we handle families’ memories, and we take that seriously. All files are stored encrypted on Google Cloud servers and can only be reached through temporary links.

Voice

We clone a voice only after the voice’s owner records a consent sentence themselves, and only for one video. The cloned voice and the recordings are deleted 30 days after delivery.

Photos and answers

Photos, videos and questionnaire answers are deleted automatically 90 days after delivery. We don’t use them to train AI models.

Music

Our music is original and made for each video. Songs you mention are used only as inspiration for the mood. A song you upload yourself is used only for your video, and is deleted with the rest of your files.
